Hey, I’m Louise — a Nurse Practitioner registered with the NMC, based in Middlesbrough, North East England.

I practice Functional Medicine, having trained with The Institute for Functional Medicine (AFMCP), and bring extensive experience in holistic and aesthetic medicine.

My background in both clinical and aesthetic practice allows me to bridge two worlds — helping patients restore internal health while supporting their confidence on the outside.

After years in conventional healthcare, I saw too many people stuck treating symptoms instead of uncovering why they felt unwell. I wanted to change that.

My approach blends evidence-based medicine with a deeper understanding of how your body systems connect — gut, hormones, stress, skin, and beyond.
It’s about finding balance and helping you feel truly well again — inside and out.

Outside of the clinic, I’m a mum of three active boys and a big believer in real food, fresh air, and a good dose of sarcasm.
